Characteristics of Aluminized-Galvanized Steel Plates

  Heat Reflectivity:
Being twice the heat reflectivity of galvanized steel plates, aluminized-galvanized steel plates are commonly used as heat insulation material.
  Heat resistance:
Galvanized alloy steel plates have good heat resistance, can bear high temperature of above 300°C, have high temperature oxidation resistance very similar to aluminized steel plates, and are often used for chimney tubes, ovens, illuminating apparatus and fluorescent lampshades.
  Corrosion Resistance:
The corrosion resistance of aluminized-galvanized steel rolls is mainly because of the protection function of aluminum. When zinc is worn, aluminum forms a layer of dense alumina to prevent corrosive substances further corroding inside.
  Economical Efficiency:
Because 55% AL-Zn has smaller density than Zn, aluminized-galvanized steel plates over 3% bigger than galvanized steel plates with the same weight and the same thickness of plating.
  Easy lacquering:
Due to excellent adhesion between aluminized-galvanized steel plates and paint, aluminized-galvanized steel plates can be painted without pretreatment and weathering treatment.
Because of the excellent adhesion of the plating paint of aluminized-galvanized steel plates, advertisement board and plates for general uses can also be directly coated with the paint without weathering or other pretreatment.
